At Maa Kaali Creations, we believe in making your shopping experience as smooth and satisfying as possible. If there is any defect, we are offering a 24 hours No-Questions-Asked Return & Refund Policy from the date of delivery.
How to Request a Return:
You can initiate a return within 24 hours of delivery using our return request form:
Returns requested after 24 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Ensure you record a complete unboxing video of the product being opened showing the defect if any and returned to avoid any disputes.
A ₹100 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup within 72 hours (3 business days).
Refund Process:
Returned items must pass a quality check at our warehouse before a refund is issued.
Prepaid Orders:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–4 business days after QC approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- •You'll receive a secure refund link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp within 4–5 business days after QC approval.
- •Follow the link, verify your identity via OTP, enter your bank details or UPI ID, and submit.
- •Refunds are usually credited within 24 hours after submission.
