• Returns requested after 3 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• Ensure you record a complete unboxing video of the product being opened and returned to avoid any disputes.
• Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup within 72 hours (3 business days).

💰 Refund Process:

• Returned items must pass a quality check at our warehouse before a refund is issued.
• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–4 business days after QC approval.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
• • You’ll receive a secure refund link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp within 4–5 business days.
  • Follow the link, verify your identity via OTP, enter your bank details or UPI ID, and submit.
  • Refunds are usually credited within 24 hours after submission.
